We are looking for an energetic and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our showroom and create a positive first impression for every guest.

Position Overview

The Front Desk Receptionist plays a crucial role in ensuring clients feel welcomed, supported, and directed as they enter our store. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone outgoing, upbeat, and eager to represent a high-end brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and welcome clients as they arrive in the showroom
• Maintain a friendly, polished, and professional presence at the front desk
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
• Handle basic, entry-level data entry and administrative tasks
• Assist the team with simple clerical support as needed
• Maintain an organized and tidy reception area

• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities
• Clear communication skills (in person and on the phone)
• Reliable and comfortable working Tuesday–Saturday from 9–6
• No prior experience required — we will train the right person
