, a 288‑bed tertiary teaching hospital in Macomb County, Michigan.

As a key strategic partner to the CEO, executive leadership team, clinical leaders, Board members, and staff, the CFO will guide all financial strategy, performance, and operations for one of the region's most trusted healthcare institutions. This leader will play a pivotal role in evaluating growth opportunities, advancing service lines, and ensuring strong financial stewardship consistent with McLaren's mission.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Leading all financial strategy and operations

• Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance

• Managing revenue cycle optimization in partnership with the CEO

• Directing managed care, vendor and physician contracting

• Leading decision support, treasury, internal controls, and accounting

• Evaluating growth opportunities aligned with system objectives

• Serving as a passionate advocate for healthcare delivery system reform
