Concrete Estimator and Project Manager

Job Summary
Pro Trades Solutions is seeking an experienced Structural Concrete Estimator to join our client's IN OFFICE preconstruction team in Bountiful, Utah. In this role, you will prepare accurate cost estimates for concrete and structural projects, including foundations, slabs, decks, walls, and columns. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to read and interpret construction drawings, and experience collaborating with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver competitive and profitable bids.

Key Responsibilities

• Review project plans, specifications, and addenda to determine project scope
• Perform detailed takeoffs of concrete, reinforcing steel, and formwork
• Develop accurate labor, material, and equipment cost estimates using historical data and vendor quotes
• Prepare bid proposals, cost breakdowns, and supporting documentation
• Communicate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain pricing and confirm scope details
• Identify value engineering opportunities to improve cost efficiency
• Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits when required
