Join us as a Network Engineer II, where you will support, design, and implement enterprise network infrastructure across corporate, retail, and data center environments. This role combines hands-on engineering, project delivery, and network automation to support both daily operations and long-term strategic initiatives.

You will help modernize our environment by advancing observability, automation, and scalability initiatives, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver impactful upgrades across multi-year programs, as well as providing operational support to our customers

**What You'll Be Working on

Network Operations & Support**

  • Manage daily network operations, including firewall configurations, security rules, routing, switching, and connectivity troubleshooting
  • Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot routing protocols such as BGP and OSPF
  • Support Wi-Fi environment (WLCs and APs) across corporate and retail locations.
  • Supporting our Azure FW environment
  • Act as an escalation point for complex incidents, performing root cause analysis and partnering with Incident and Problem Management teams

Monitoring, Observability & Reporting

  • Enhance network observability by developing dashboards and alerting systems for proactive issue detection and resolution
  • Implement tools to generate actionable insights into network health and performance

Infrastructure Projects & Strategy

  • Deliver network infrastructure projects, including retail and data center switch upgrades, Wi-Fi modernization, DNS upgrades, and hardware migrations.
  • Contribute to Stakeholder projects and modernizations within the different product groups
  • Contribute to long-term network strategy and roadmap development

Security & Compliance

  • Apply and monitor security OS upgrades, updates, and patches across all network devices and platforms to maintain compliance.

Network Automation & Efficiency

  • Support the network teams journey to transition to a more automated framework using GitHub, Python, Ansible, and infrastructure-as-code practices
  • Design and implement solutions that minimize manual intervention, boost operational efficiency, and accelerate problem resolution.
  • Streamline repetitive processes by automating configuration management, patching, and alert handling.
  • Integrate monitoring tools with automation frameworks to enable self-healing capabilities.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years experience supporting a large enterprise network environment
  • 5+ years experience with firewall and security technologies (e.g. IPSEC, GRE, UTM, IDS, and JPS)
  • 4+ years experience with routing and protocols (e.g. BGF, OSPF, VPC, VSS, STP Stacking, MPLS, and Load Balancing)
  • 4+ years experience with Automation tools including Python, Ansible, or GitHub
  • 3+ year experience with SolarWinds and(or) Dynatrace
  • 5+ years experience with products including Fortinet, Cisco, F5, Infoblox and Azure

Annualized Compensation Range
$90, $97,000.00

Starting pay offered will consider skills and experience. Your pay can grow as you build your career with us.
