We are now looking for a Cleaning Supervisor who can drive their team forward and deliver impeccable work every day.

Your role: Leadership & Field Excellence

You will be the operational reference for your team. Your responsibilities include:

• Leading, motivating, and organizing a team of window cleaners
• Actively participating in window cleaning tasks
• Ensuring consistent high-quality results on every site
• Strictly enforcing safety rules and working at heights
• Planning tasks, managing priorities, and handling unexpected situations
• Training and supporting new team members
• Representing Crystal Cleaning to clients on-site
• Reporting field information and contributing to continuous improvement

Profile we are looking for

• Proven experience in cleaning (essential)
• Previous team leadership experience or natural field leadership
• Comfortable with working at heights and using professional equipment
• Organized, reliable, and proactive
• Excellent team spirit and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license
