divh2Associate Systems Engineer/h2pCCS is looking for a motivated technical professional to join our team as an Associate Systems Engineer! This person is responsible for providing network configuration, server support, and deskside support in a K-12 School District environment. The ASE will collaborate with fellow district IT staff members, CCS team members and third-party vendors./ppThe Inside Sales Representative is responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty. While providing an optimal customer experience, the ISR will assist in all facets of the sales cycle to drive new and recurring business./ppThe individual should be passionate about enhancing our customers lives through technology products and solutions. He/She should be a proactive, energetic and skilled communicator. The ideal Inside Sales Representative is self-motivated, detail-oriented and exemplifies a high caliber of customer service. Must be a team player with a positive attitude and willing to go the extra mile./ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliProvide customer service and sales support while collaborating with Account Managers/liliDevelop and establish rapport with customers/liliConduct occasional onsite visits to foster existing relationship and become a trusted advisor/liliFulfill general customer requests/liliReview customers past sales to discover opportunities to upgrade or renew/liliCreate roadmaps for future sales with the AEs to identify business requirements, create holistic solutions, develop multi-year budgets for implementation, lead with upgrades and replacements in favor of continual renewals, identify and communicate ramifications of product going end of support/life/liliDrive new business and increase product adoption, ensuring retention and satisfaction/liliProvide periodic check-ins to remain top of mind and identify unknown client needs/liliResolve customer concerns, set realistic expectations and escalate issues as necessary/liliFollow up on leads from event attendees to identify upcoming projects to be discussed during quarterly business review/liliFunction as interface between account manager and distribution channel/liliOpportunity/proposal coordination/liliRFP/bid response coordination/liliLiaison to partnering departments/liliManage proposal compilation and collection of proposal components/liliMaintain timeline for completion of proposal milestones/liliManagement of warranty/license renewals and product upgrades/liliUse available tools/reports to monitor expiration dates and past sales/liliReview expiring warranty and licenses with Account Manager for validity and status/liliGenerate renewal quotes for submission to customer to position and encourage multi-year renewals/liliProvide active follow-up until purchase order is received/liliDeal registration, monitoring and management/liliEnter deal registrations on vendor websites/liliEngage vendor account managers to ensure proper promotions are applied/liliUpdate CRM with deal registration information/liliTrack deal expiration and status/liliData compliance/liliUpdate and manage NetSuite records/liliOpportunity creation and updates/liliSales Order Creation/liliCompetitor and win/loss information/liliEnsure customer, lead and prospect information contains latest information and contacts/liliChannel Online Quote Management/liliProduct Quotes/liliCreation of product quotes and proposals/liliManage product discounts and promotions/liliCollaborate with Inside Sales Manager and Director of Sales to determine product margin based on situation: pricing advantage, competitive opportunity, vendor displacement opportunity/liliCommunicate with distribution channel for pricing and product lead time/liliLeverage EOY/EOQ opportunities to negotiate deeper discounts/liliSuggest alternatives if/when lead-time is an obstacle/liliTraining and Certifications/liliAttend training sessions and take certification exams when offered/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3p Strong phone presence and listening skills/pp Entrepreneurial spirit/pp Organizational skills and effective time management/pp Customer relationship skills/pp Excellent verbal and written communication skills/pp 3 years sales support and/or customer service experience/pp 4-year degree or equivalent work experience/ph3Measurements/h3pPerformance will be measured by the following criteria:/pulliService Levels/liliDeal registration time/liliProposal completion date/liliWarranty and Software renewal quote follow up/liliLead follow up time/liliQuote turnaround time/liliNumber of customer contacts/liliCOL product quote win rate/liliData integrity
