_*Summary of Responsibilities*_
The Licensed Practical Nurse at Promontory Point Rehabilitation will provide both direct and indirect nursing care to support safe and effective rehabilitation in our facility setting. Utilizing strong clinical knowledge and critical thinking skills, the RN will communicate effectively with physicians, nurse managers, and interdisciplinary team members regarding changes in patient conditions, including diagnostic results and symptom updates. Our favorable nurse-to-patient ratio allows for meaningful connections with patients, ensuring their dignity is upheld and enabling the LPN to deliver personalized care that leaves a lasting positive impact.
_*Qualifications*_
* Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Idaho or other compact state.
* One (1) years of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) nursing experience in transitional care unit/ skilled nursing facility or clinical experience preferred.
* Obtain and maintain current BLS CPR.
* Licensed driver with an automobile that is in good working order to get to and from work in all weather conditions to ensure reliability.
