Work closely with stakeholders to , evaluate, and prioritise functional and non-functional requirements for AI-driven automation initiatives. Conduct business process analysis by documenting current-state and future-state workflows, identifying opportunities for intelligent automation leveraging ML, LLMs, and orchestration platforms. Support solution design by converting business needs into technical user stories, acceptance criteria, and high-level solution designs in collaboration with architects and development teams. Drive change management and adoption by creating training materials, supporting organisational transition, and tracking adoption metrics for both deployed automations and internal MCP tools. Ensure governance and compliance by validating that solutions and generated artefacts meet security, GDPR, model governance, and ethical AI standards. Manage stakeholders through clear and proactive communication with internal teams, partners, and external clients, identifying and escalating risks and dependencies as needed. Experience and Skills Required
5+ years of experience in business analysis, including a 2 years delivering AI, data, or automation-focused initiatives. Hands-on experience defining or using AI-assisted documentation and code-generation tools (such as MCP, GitHub Copilot, or LangChain) to accelerate software delivery. Practical understanding of AI/ML platforms and services, including Anthropic/OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, and related frameworks. Strong capability in business process modelling (BPMN), user story mapping, and backlog management using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps. Working knowledge of SQL and at least one scripting language (preferably Python) for data analysis and output validation. Familiarity with REST APIs, event-driven architectures, and major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience operating within Agile/Scrum and DevOps delivery environments. Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, Agile BA, UiPath Business Analyst) are considered an advantage.
