Responsibilities:
- Verify accuracy of outgoing orders against shipping manifests.
- Prepare and affix shipping labels and documentation.
- Coordinate with shipping carriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS) for pickup and delivery schedules.
- Track shipments and provide updates to internal stakeholders and customers.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies.
- Ensure all packages meet shipping regulations and quality standards.
- Operate basic office equipment, including computers and printers.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.
- Must be able to perform manual lifting of packages up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or general warehouse operations is preferred.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with shipping software is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform manual lifting.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all guidelines.
