Our dynamic logistics operation in Fort Worth, Texas is seeking dedicated Warehouse Associates to join our team. This role is fundamental to our success, involving a wide range of warehouse duties to ensure the smooth flow of goods. You will be involved in receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and storage areas with incoming goods.
- Pick and fulfill orders accurately based on order sheets or scanner data.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Load and unload trucks and containers.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the warehouse.
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy checks.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Wear appropriate PPE at all times to ensure personal safety.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not required; training is available.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with basic logistics and warehouse operations.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
- Good physical stamina for standing, walking, and moving throughout shifts.
- Commitment to safety and proper use of PPE.
- Must be eligible to work in the US.
