Join our vibrant team as a Fulfillment Associate in Fort Worth, Texas! We are a leading company in e-commerce logistics, and we need motivated individuals to help us process and ship orders quickly and accurately. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring customer satisfaction by preparing orders for shipment. Your daily tasks will involve picking items, packing them with care, and preparing them for our shipping partners. This role demands efficiency, accuracy, and a strong focus on safety. We are committed to providing a safe working environment, and expect all team members to actively participate in safety programs and use the necessary PPE.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order details.
- Pack items securely into appropriate shipping containers, ensuring product protection.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare orders for dispatch.
- Operate hand-held scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and warehouse environment.
- Conduct quality checks on products and outgoing shipments.
- Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and stock replenishment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Handle products with care to prevent damage.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a warehouse or fulfillment setting is advantageous.
- Ability to perform regular lifting of up to 40 lbs.
- Understanding of fulfillment processes and logistics operations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and scanners.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to safety.
- Willingness to work various shifts and occasional overtime.
- Commitment to wearing required PPE for safety.
