This role is critical to our efficient order fulfillment process, ensuring that every customer receives their correct items quickly and accurately. You will be responsible for locating items in our warehouse, preparing them for shipment, and maintaining a high level of productivity. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and retrieve orders from warehouse inventory using scanners or pick lists.
- Inspect items for defects or damage prior to packing.
- Carefully pack orders into appropriate shipping containers, using correct packaging materials.
- Verify order accuracy and ensure all items are included.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for courier pickup.
- Meet established productivity and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including correct use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with stock organization.
- Support overall logistics operations as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in working in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for long durations.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols and the mandatory use of PPE.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
