As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to order specifications.
- Identify and retrieve products from warehouse shelves.
- Package items securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages with shipping information.
- Operate manual and powered warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory checks as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily shipping goals.
- Contribute to a positive and productive warehouse atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of logistics and warehouse operations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE.
