Job Summary:
We are seeking energetic and reliable Distribution Center Associates to join our team in Denver, Colorado. In this versatile role, you will contribute to various warehouse functions, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. Your primary responsibilities will involve ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of inventory through our **logistics** network. You'll be responsible for operating equipment as needed, maintaining accurate inventory records, and preparing orders for delivery. A strong commitment to **safety** is essential, as is the correct use of **PPE**. This position demands a proactive attitude, the ability to adapt to changing priorities, and a willingness to learn new tasks. Experience in a warehouse or **logistics** environment is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
  • Stock inventory accurately in designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick and pack customer orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely (certification may be required for certain equipment).
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere strictly to all company **safety** policies and procedures.
  • Wear all required **PPE**, including **safety** vests, gloves, and footwear.

Qualifications:
  • Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is preferred.
  • Ability to perform **Lifting** up to 50 lbs.
  • Knowledge of warehouse **logistics** and inventory control principles.
  • Strong understanding of **safety** procedures and **PPE** requirements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible schedules.
  • Willingness to undergo **safety** training and obtain certifications if necessary.
