We are actively seeking motivated Fulfillment Associates to join our thriving San Francisco, California operations. This role is at the forefront of our e-commerce logistics, responsible for accurately and efficiently processing customer orders. You will be involved in picking items, packing them securely, and preparing them for shipment, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. A strong emphasis is placed on maintaining a safe work environment, requiring adherence to all safety protocols and the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from inventory based on customer orders.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product integrity during transit.
- Prepare packages for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
- Process returned items and update inventory records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and scanning devices.
- Assist in receiving and stocking incoming inventory.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy.
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures, including mandatory PPE usage.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or similar role is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
- Capacity for lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Commitment to safety and proper use of PPE.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic are essential.
