Responsibilities:
- Accurately locate and retrieve products from warehouse shelves according to order pick lists.
- Inspect items for quality and ensure they match order specifications.
- Pack items securely and efficiently using appropriate materials.
- Apply shipping labels and any necessary documentation accurately.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures diligently.
- Meet established productivity goals for picking and packing.
- Participate in inventory checks as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all logistics and shipping requirements.
- Prior experience in a warehouse, picking, or packing role is beneficial.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Must wear required PPE at all times.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
