You will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and preparing materials for shipment. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory, verifying quantities and quality.
- Store materials in designated locations, following FIFO or LIFO principles as applicable.
- Accurately pick and pack items for customer orders.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling, dunnage, and staging.
- Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other manual material handling equipment.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all warehouse areas.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including mandatory PPE usage.
- Perform physical Lifting of items as required, using proper Lifting techniques.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and physical inventories.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or material handling role is advantageous.
- Ability to perform consistent Lifting and manual tasks throughout the shift.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and following instructions precisely.
- Understanding of basic logistics and inventory control principles.
