Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately generate and apply shipping labels to packages.
- Verify the contents of outgoing orders against shipping documents.
- Schedule and coordinate pickups with various shipping carriers.
- Maintain an organized and clean shipping area.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments and external partners.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Assist with inventory counts as needed.
- Operate basic office equipment, including computers and scanners.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a shipping or warehouse environment is a plus.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to wear required PPE, including safety vests and gloves.
- Ability to perform moderate Lifting as required by the role.
