We are seeking a motivated Distribution Center Associate to join our state-of-the-art facility in Austin, Texas. This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, ensuring the efficient processing and movement of goods. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will engage in a variety of warehouse activities, including receiving products, accurate inventory storage, order fulfillment through picking and packing, and preparing items for outbound shipment. Maintaining high standards of organization and cleanliness within the distribution center is essential for optimal workflow and safety. The ideal candidate will be able to perform tasks requiring physical stamina, including lifting items up to 50 lbs and remaining active throughout the shift. Prior experience with warehouse equipment is advantageous. Safety is our top priority; all associates must strictly follow safety procedures and utilize mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE), such as safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toe boots.
