We are looking for a detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to manage our outbound logistics operations in Phoenix, Arizona. In this vital role, you will be responsible for preparing, processing, and dispatching all outgoing shipments. This includes accurately documenting shipments, selecting appropriate packaging, and coordinating with carriers to ensure timely delivery. Your keen eye for detail will be essential in verifying order accuracy and ensuring that all shipments meet company and carrier requirements. You will operate scanning equipment and computer systems to track inventory and shipments. Maintaining a well-organized shipping area is also a key responsibility, contributing to the overall efficiency of our logistics hub. The ideal candidate is organized, possesses excellent communication skills, and can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Physical requirements include lifting boxes up to 30 lbs and standing for extended periods. Adherence to all safety protocols, including the mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE) like safety glasses and gloves, is expected.
