We are hiring enthusiastic Warehouse Workers to support our operations in Durham, North Carolina. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving, storing, and preparing goods for shipment. This role is fundamental to our Logistics operations and requires individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and committed to Safety. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments.
- Accurately store and organize inventory in designated locations.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer requirements.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and dollies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with inventory counts and stocktaking.
- Perform tasks involving regular Lifting of materials, up to 50 lbs.
- Ensure the correct use of all required PPE.
- Support the Logistics team with various warehouse tasks as needed.
- Follow all instructions carefully to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or general labor role is a plus.
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks involving standing, walking, and Lifting for extended periods.
- Must be capable of manual Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong understanding of Safety procedures in a warehouse setting.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Familiarity with basic Logistics concepts is beneficial.
- Willingness to wear and use required PPE.
