We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Picker/Packers to join our dedicated warehouse team in Sacramento, California. This role is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction by accurately picking items from inventory and carefully packing them for shipment. You will be responsible for fulfilling orders efficiently, maintaining high accuracy rates, and contributing to the smooth operation of our logistics processes. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using pick lists or scanners.
- Verify picked items against order details for accuracy.
- Package items securely and appropriately for shipping, using provided materials.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare orders for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Report any stock discrepancies or damaged items to management.
- Participate in inventory counts as required.
- Adhere to all company Safety rules and procedures.
- Proper use of required PPE is essential.
- Assist with other warehouse duties to support overall logistics functions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in picking and packing or general warehouse work is a plus.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and moderate Lifting (up to 35 lbs).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and following instructions.
