We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Picker/Packers to join our dynamic logistics team in Las Vegas, Nevada. As a Picker/Packer, you will be instrumental in ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders. Your primary responsibilities will involve accurately picking items from warehouse shelves based on order slips and carefully packing them for shipment. This role demands attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. You will work closely with other warehouse associates to meet daily production goals. Understanding inventory management principles and the proper handling of various products is crucial.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from designated warehouse locations.
- Inspect picked items for damage and ensure correct quantities.
- Package items securely and efficiently for shipment, using appropriate packing materials.
- Label packages correctly with shipping information.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Participate in inventory counts as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational targets in our fast-paced logistics operation.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform tasks involving frequent bending, stooping, and reaching.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to wear required PPE, including safety vests and gloves.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
