Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products for customer orders using RF scanners and pick lists.
- Pack items securely and appropriately for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Prepare orders for shipping, applying labels and completing necessary documentation.
- Receive and process incoming inventory, verifying quantities and inspecting for damage.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory accuracy within the fulfillment center.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace according to established standards.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies, including the proper use of PPE.
- Operate material handling equipment safely, such as pallet jacks.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and quality checks.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics environment is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for long periods and frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics flow.
- Dedication to workplace safety and adherence to all safety guidelines.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed.
- Must wear provided PPE.
