Join our team as a Warehouse Associate in Minneapolis, Minnesota! This role is fundamental to the efficient operation of our distribution center. You will be responsible for a range of essential warehouse duties, including order picking, packing, shipping, and receiving. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products to fulfill customer orders using handheld scanners.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Receive incoming shipments, verifying contents against packing slips.
- Stock received items into appropriate warehouse locations.
- Load and unload trucks, following safe handling procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Operate warehouse equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided for certified individuals).
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve operational targets and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Physical capability to perform tasks including standing, walking, and frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics concepts.
- Commitment to workplace safety and strict adherence to safety guidelines.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
- Must wear required PPE.
