Your expertise will ensure that goods are transported, stored, and retrieved effectively, contributing to the seamless flow of our supply chain. - Operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, reach trucks) safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks, containers, and trailers.
- Transport materials to and from designated areas within the warehouse.
- Stack and stage inventory according to established guidelines.
- Conduct daily inspections of forklift equipment and report any maintenance needs.
- Adhere to all Safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
- Follow all instructions for order picking and put-away operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Use appropriate PPE at all times.
- Valid Forklift Operator certification (e.g., OSHA compliant).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse environment.
- Proficiency in various forklift types.
- Strong understanding of warehouse Safety procedures and best practices.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including occasional Lifting.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
- Ability to read and interpret shipping documents and inventory labels.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to following all workplace Safety guidelines.
- Familiarity with logistics operations is a plus.
