Join our team as a Warehouse Worker in Cincinnati, Ohio! We are seeking motivated individuals to perform a variety of tasks in our busy distribution center. This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, ensuring that products are handled efficiently and safely from receipt to shipment. You will be involved in various aspects of warehouse management, contributing to a productive and organized environment.
Responsibilities:
- Load and unload materials from trucks and other vehicles.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Organize and store inventory in designated locations.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
- Wear appropriate PPE at all times.
- Identify and report any hazards or safety concerns.
- Contribute to team efforts and assist colleagues as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting (up to 60 lbs).
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
- Commitment to Safety and following procedures.
- Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as needed.
