In this key role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of customer orders, from picking and packing to shipping. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order details.
- Verify order accuracy before packing.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring product integrity.
- Prepare orders for shipment, applying appropriate labels and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures, including proper use of PPE.
- Meet productivity targets while maintaining high quality standards.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team atmosphere within our logistics operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a picker, packer, or fulfillment associate is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
- Team-oriented and able to communicate effectively.
- Understanding of general warehouse and logistics practices.
