Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products according to customer orders using an RF scanner or pick list.
- Verify picked items against order details for accuracy.
- Stage picked items in preparation for packing and shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including proper lifting techniques.
- Wear appropriate PPE at all times, including safety glasses and gloves.
- Participate in inventory counts as needed.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Communicate any order or inventory issues to a supervisor promptly.
- Work collaboratively with other warehouse associates to meet daily goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Previous order picking experience is a plus.
- Willingness to adhere to all safety regulations and wear required PPE.
