Join our dynamic team in Provo, Utah as a Fulfillment Associate! This role is central to our e-commerce logistics operations, ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and shipping orders, as well as receiving and stocking inventory. A strong emphasis is placed on workplace safety, and all employees are required to use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adhere to all safety guidelines. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. This position requires physical activity, including standing for extended periods, walking, bending, and frequent lifting of items up to 40 lbs. Experience with warehouse equipment and systems is beneficial. You will work closely with your colleagues to meet daily fulfillment targets and contribute to the overall success of our logistics operations. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory within the warehouse.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment role is preferred.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of basic logistics and inventory management.
- Commitment to safety and proper PPE usage.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
