A strong commitment to workplace safety is paramount; you will be required to use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times and adhere to all safety guidelines. This position demands physical dexterity and stamina, as it involves frequent lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Experience with warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks is a plus, though training will be provided for qualified candidates. You will work closely with a team of dedicated professionals to ensure that our logistics operations run smoothly and effectively. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and verify incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated warehouse areas.
- Accurately pick items to fulfill customer orders.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to perform regular lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of inventory control.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Commitment to workplace safety, including correct PPE usage.
- Comfortable working in a logistics environment.
