We are seeking energetic individuals to contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional products to our customers. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for the complete order fulfillment process, from picking items accurately off the shelves to carefully packing them for shipment. Your attention to detail and efficiency are paramount in ensuring customer satisfaction. You'll work within a structured logistics environment, utilizing modern tools and technology to streamline operations. This role is vital to our supply chain and offers a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy a hands-on, active job. We are deeply committed to workplace Safety, and all associates are required to adhere to established Safety guidelines and wear designated Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position requires regular Lifting of products, so physical stamina is a must. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from inventory locations using pick lists or scanners.
- Inspect products for defects or damage.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring product integrity during transit.
- Label packages correctly for shipping.
- Stage prepared orders for carrier pickup.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Meet daily performance goals for picking and packing.
- Follow all Safety procedures and protocols diligently.
- Properly use all required PPE.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or similar role is preferred.
- Ability to handle consistent Lifting (up to 40 lbs).
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Awareness of and adherence to Safety standards.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player mentality.
- Punctual and dependable.
- Basic understanding of logistics principles is a plus.
