Join our vibrant logistics team as a Picker/Packer in Minneapolis, Minnesota! We are searching for detail-oriented and motivated individuals to ensure the accurate and efficient preparation of customer orders for shipment. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking items from various warehouse locations and then carefully packing them using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit. Your accuracy and speed directly impact customer satisfaction and the overall efficiency of our logistics operations. We are committed to a safe working environment and require all associates to follow safety protocols, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This is a physically demanding position requiring the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities include:
- Accurately picking products from assigned warehouse locations based on order tickets or scanner output.
- Double-checking picked items against order details for accuracy.
- Packing orders securely and efficiently, selecting the correct box sizes and packing materials.
- Ensuring all packages are properly sealed, labeled, and ready for shipment.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company standards.
- Strictly adhering to all safety regulations and company policies, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Reporting any stock discrepancies or damaged goods to a supervisor promptly.
- Assisting with inventory management tasks, such as cycle counts, when requested.
- Performing other warehouse duties to support the overall logistics and fulfillment process.
