Join our bustling warehouse as a Picker/Packer in Fort Worth, Texas! We are looking for energetic and meticulous individuals to join our logistics team. In this role, you will be instrumental in preparing customer orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and speed. You will be responsible for picking items from various locations within the warehouse and then carefully packing them for safe transit. This position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will be an integral part of our supply chain, contributing directly to customer satisfaction. We emphasize a strong commitment to safety, and all associates are required to follow strict guidelines, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This role involves significant physical activity and requires the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Responsibilities include:
- Accurately picking products from warehouse shelves and storage areas according to order specifications.
- Verifying picked items against order slips to ensure accuracy.
- Packing items securely and efficiently using appropriate packaging materials.
- Preparing orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficient operations.
- Adhering to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Reporting any inventory discrepancies or product damage to a supervisor.
- Assisting with inventory counts and stock checks as needed.
- Performing other related duties as assigned to support logistics and warehouse operations.
