We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our dynamic logistics team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. As an Order Picker, you will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations by accurately selecting and preparing customer orders for shipment. Your primary responsibility will be to pick items from warehouse shelves based on order slips, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Attention to detail is paramount to minimize errors and ensure customer satisfaction. You will be expected to work closely with other warehouse staff to maintain a smooth workflow and meet daily targets. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. We value safety above all else, and all employees are required to adhere to strict safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities include:
- Accurately picking products from designated locations within the warehouse based on pick lists or handheld scanners.
- Verifying product codes and quantities against order requirements.
- Transporting picked items to the packing or staging area.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Adhering to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of required PPE.
- Reporting any damaged goods or discrepancies to a supervisor.
- Participating in inventory counts as needed.
- Performing other warehouse duties as assigned.
