We are seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic team in Madison, Wisconsin. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be at the heart of our operations, responsible for accurately and efficiently preparing customer orders for shipment. Your tasks will include picking items from inventory, packing them with care, and ensuring all orders are accurately accounted for. This role is crucial to our logistics success, as you will directly impact customer satisfaction. The position requires physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, and the ability to perform frequent Lifting of items. A strong emphasis is placed on safety; you must strictly follow all warehouse safety guidelines and consistently use your personal protective equipment (PPE). We foster a team-oriented environment where collaboration and a positive attitude are highly valued. Experience with warehouse systems or order fulfillment processes is beneficial, but comprehensive training will be provided. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Verify order contents against order details for accuracy.
- Package items securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Label outgoing packages correctly for shipping.
- Maintain an organized and clean work station and contribute to overall warehouse tidiness.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory management tasks as needed.
- Meet daily productivity and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting of items up to 45 lbs.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics environment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Commitment to workplace safety and the use of PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and move for the entire shift.
