We are hiring a Warehouse Worker for our Kansas City, Missouri location! This is a hands-on role essential to the daily operations of our warehouse and logistics department. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving and putting away stock, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments. The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, and committed to maintaining a safe and organized work environment. - Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and storage areas accurately and efficiently.
- Pick customer orders based on pick lists or electronic devices.
- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Prepare orders for shipping, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed, which may include lifting up to 40 lbs.
Previous warehouse experience is a plus. Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting and bending. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all protocols. Good teamwork and communication skills. Must be reliable and punctual.
