We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team in Richmond, Virginia. This role is crucial to our daily operations, ensuring the efficient flow of goods through our distribution center. You will be responsible for various warehouse tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and unload incoming inventory.
  • Inspect goods for damages and discrepancies.
  • Stock shelves and organize inventory according to established procedures.
  • Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and speed.
  • Prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Adhere to all Safety regulations and company policies.
  • Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including Lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to maintaining a Safety -conscious work environment.
  • Must be able to wear required PPE .
  • Understanding of Logistics principles is beneficial.
