Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate for our facility in Madison, Wisconsin. This role is integral to our logistics chain, involving the efficient handling of goods from receipt to dispatch. Responsibilities include receiving inventory, stocking shelves, picking orders, packing items, and preparing shipments. We emphasize a culture of safety and efficiency, requiring all associates to be vigilant about workplace safety and proper use of PPE. The ideal candidate is a motivated team player with strong organizational skills and the ability to work productively in a fast-paced environment. Your contribution will help ensure the smooth operation of our warehouse.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and verify incoming stock.
  • Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
  • Accurately pick items for customer orders.
  • Pack orders carefully to ensure product integrity during transit.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely.
  • Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and assist with audits.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and PPE requirements.
  • Support overall logistics efficiency through proactive task completion.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse experience is a strong asset.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing for long periods, frequent bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Proficiency in using RF scanners and basic inventory management systems.
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and the correct use of PPE.
  • Forklift certification is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Reliability and punctuality are essential.
  • Must be able to work assigned shifts.
