We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our St. Louis, Missouri team. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to our warehouse operations, covering a range of essential tasks including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and preparing goods for shipment. You will play a key role in maintaining an efficient and organized workflow within our logistics hub. We prioritize a safe working environment, and adherence to all safety regulations, including the proper use of PPE, is non-negotiable. The ideal candidate is physically capable, detail-oriented, and a team player.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock received items in their designated locations accurately.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including staging and labeling.
- Operate manual equipment like pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Participate in inventory counts and reconciliation.
- Follow all safety procedures, including wearing the required PPE at all times.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the warehouse logistics.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not required for motivated individuals.
- Ability to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 50 pounds repetitively, standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Understanding of warehouse safety standards and the importance of PPE.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Team-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work shifts as scheduled.
