We are hiring a dedicated Warehouse Worker for our facility in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, ensuring that goods are handled efficiently and accurately from receipt to shipment. You will be responsible for a range of tasks, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse. We are looking for individuals who are physically fit, detail-oriented, and committed to upholding high standards of Safety and productivity. A strong understanding of warehouse procedures and a willingness to learn are essential. This position provides a stable work environment and opportunities for professional development within the logistics sector. Proper use of PPE is mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders according to specific customer requirements.
- Stage orders for shipment and assist with loading trucks.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and participate in cycle counts.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and regulations.
- Perform regular Lifting of materials up to 50 pounds.
- Report any damaged goods or safety concerns immediately.
- Support other warehouse functions as directed to ensure smooth Logistics flow.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a warehouse setting is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to perform Lifting tasks throughout the shift.
- Basic understanding of warehouse Safety procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and be physically active for the duration of the shift.
- Willingness to wear and utilize all provided PPE.
- Knowledge of basic Logistics principles is beneficial.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable and punctual.
