Responsibilities include conducting physical inventories, reconciling stock levels, and identifying the root causes of inventory variances. Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Implement and monitor inventory control procedures.
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory items.
  • Assist with receiving and shipping processes as needed.
  • Adhere to all Safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in inventory control or warehouse operations.
  • Proficiency with WMS and other inventory management software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Understanding of warehouse Safety best practices.
  • Ability to perform moderate Lifting (up to 40 lbs) occasionally.
  • Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
