Job Summary:
Lead our warehouse operations as a Warehouse Supervisor in Seattle, Washington! We are seeking an experienced and motivated leader to oversee daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety. In this critical role, you will manage a team of warehouse associates, delegate tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance and training. Your responsibilities will include supervising receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping processes, all while upholding our high standards for logistics and operational excellence. While direct manual labor may be less frequent, the ability to assist with lifting and understand the physical demands of warehouse work is beneficial. You will be responsible for maintaining a productive and positive work environment, fostering teamwork, and driving continuous improvement within the warehouse. Experience in warehouse supervision, strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), and a commitment to workplace safety are essential. Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities and staff
  • Delegate tasks and monitor the performance of warehouse associates
  • Ensure efficient and accurate processing of all warehouse functions (receiving, stocking, picking, packing, shipping)
  • Implement and enforce all safety policies and procedures, including PPE usage
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and address any hazards
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy through regular audits
  • Train and develop warehouse staff, providing constructive feedback
  • Optimize warehouse layout and workflows for maximum efficiency
  • Communicate effectively with other departments and management
