Your responsibilities will include receiving inbound shipments, stocking merchandise, picking and packing orders, and preparing outgoing shipments. We emphasize a strong commitment to safety and expect all associates to adhere to established safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position requires physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks involving lifting throughout your shift. You will work closely with other team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals and contribute to a positive and productive work environment. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process inbound shipments
- Stock and organize merchandise within the warehouse
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counts
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Adhere to all safety regulations and use required PPE
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks)
