As a Distribution Center Associate, you'll play a crucial role in our logistics network, handling a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and preparing shipments. You'll work collaboratively with your colleagues to maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency. A strong emphasis is placed on Safety in our workplace; all employees must adhere to our comprehensive Safety policies and wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position demands physical capability, including the ability to perform consistent Lifting of products, and requires you to be agile and energetic in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming goods accurately.
- Stock merchandise in appropriate warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision.
- Stage outgoing shipments for delivery.
- Operate manual and powered warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Perform inventory control tasks as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Comply with all Safety regulations and guidelines.
- Wear and maintain all issued PPE.
- Contribute to overall team productivity and efficiency goals.
