We are looking for enthusiastic Order Pickers to join our growing team in Boise, Idaho. This role is fundamental to our order fulfillment process, ensuring that our customers receive their products accurately and on time. You will be responsible for accurately picking items based on order tickets, using hand-held scanners, and transporting picked items to the packing station. Maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency is critical. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, can work independently or as part of a team, and is comfortable working in a dynamic warehouse setting. Safety is our top priority; therefore, all employees must adhere to strict safety protocols and wear provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position requires physical stamina and involves regular Lifting of items weighing up to 40 lbs. Experience in a warehouse or Logistics environment is a plus, but not required as training will be provided. We offer a competitive hourly wage and the chance to be part of a supportive team.
