We are seeking a dedicated and organized Warehouse Coordinator to join our dynamic logistics team in Salt Lake City, Utah. This role is crucial for maintaining the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse. You will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. You will manage incoming and outgoing shipments, optimize warehouse layout, and implement process improvements to enhance productivity. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining a safe and orderly work environment. Your responsibilities will include managing staff schedules, training new team members, and ensuring all operational procedures are followed. We are committed to providing a safe working environment and expect all employees to adhere to strict safety protocols. This includes the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. The role involves a significant amount of physical activity, including regular Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
