Job Overview We are looking for a motivated
Graduate Backend Developer
who is passionate about building scalable, reliable server-side applications. This role is ideal for recent graduates eager to apply their academic knowledge to real-world systems and grow their backend engineering skills in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining backend services and APIs
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
Work with databases to store, retrieve, and manage application data
Collaborate with frontend developers, QA, and product teams
Debug, test, and optimize backend performance
Participate in code reviews and team discussions
Learn and apply best practices in security, scalability, and performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Basic understanding of backend programming concepts
Familiarity with at least one backend language (Java, Python, Node.js, C#, or similar)
Knowledge of RESTful APIs
Understanding of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
Basic knowledge of data structures and algorithms
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
Experience with frameworks like Spring Boot, Django, Express, or .NET
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Familiarity with Git or other version control systems
Understanding of authentication and authorization concepts
Internship, academic project, or personal project experience
