Responsibilities
Take ownership of regional and international sales performance, working closely with executive leadership to deliver sustainable growth.
Develop and execute a global/regional sales strategy aligned with business objectives.
Lead, mentor, and scale high‑performing sales teams.
Drive revenue across BMS, smart buildings, and integrated control solutions.
Build long‑term relationships with key clients, consultants, and partners.
Identify new market opportunities within data centres, commercial buildings, and critical infrastructure.
