Full-Time, In-Person Role. $50,000-$58,000 annual salary
Role OverviewThe Senior Coordinator is a multi-site leadership role responsible for front-desk operations, client experience, and team performance across our Scarborough and Markham clinics. This role exists to create consistency, accountability, and momentum—ensuring both locations operate at the same high Axis standard every day.
You'll be hands-on, highly visible, and regularly on-site at both clinics. Acting as the connective tissue between Client Coordinators, Clinic Directors, and the Regional Coordinator, you'll coach people, optimize systems, and drive performance where it matters most: clients, conversions, and team execution.
This is not a passive coordination role. It's for someone who takes ownership, spots gaps quickly, and knows how to move people and numbers forward.
Core ResponsibilitiesPeople Leadership & Coaching
- Lead, coach, and hold Client Coordinators (and Lead Coordinators, where applicable) accountable to clear performance standards
- Train teams on client communication, sales conversations, and service excellence
- Provide real-time feedback, reinforcement, and corrective coaching to raise the bar consistently
- Support Clinic Directors by reinforcing expectations and escalating issues with clarity and solutions
Client Experience & Sales Performance
- Own the front-desk client journey end-to-end, ensuring a seamless, high-conversion Axis experience
- Drive booking, retention, and rebooking through strong sales instincts and confident client conversations
- Monitor and improve key metrics (conversion rates, cancellations, rebooks, client feedback)
- Support community outreach and local initiatives that grow awareness and demand
Operations & Execution
- Ensure operational systems, workflows, and brand standards are executed consistently across both locations
- Manage multiple priorities simultaneously without losing detail or follow-through
- Identify inefficiencies, fix broken processes, and proactively implement improvements
- Act as a reliable operator who turns direction into action and keeps things moving
- Strong people-coaching skills with the confidence to lead, correct, and motivate
- Sales experience and comfort owning performance metrics (not just "being friendly")
- Operational discipline and the ability to manage complexity across multiple locations
- Clear, direct communication and proactive problem-solving
- High ownership mentality—you don't wait to be told, you see it and handle it
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly between Scarborough and Markham
